Recharge with rooftop yoga at Lighthouse

Start your day with harmony, movement, and great company — all while enjoying a beautiful view over Gothenburg from our Lighthouse Rooftop.

Join us for Morning Yoga in collaboration with SATS, replacing this month’s workout session in the theatre. The yoga session begins at 07:00, so please arrive a few minutes early.

We will finish around 07:45, followed by a refreshing morning smoothie from Uni3 before the workday begins.

The event is free of charge and open to everyone, but registration is required.
