Guidelines for premises modifications


According to leasing agreements, tenants need to get explicit written consent from the landlord before undertaking alterations or modifications in leased premises. Tenants are accountable for any additions or changes made for their operations within the premises, which covers upkeep and repairs when the lease ends.
