Membership: People who work in Uni3 campus with a valid ID badge can apply for membership to access the gym.

Cost: Membership for Uni3 Gym by SATS is 150 SEK/month

Open events for tenants 

Uni3 is not a place only for working.

There are often great events and activities held in the Theatre or other public areas for everyone in the house to join. We hope to create an innovative and lively atmosphere in the campus for everyone to enjoy being here.

Check our screens or the campus calendar from time to time and stay tuned for the happenings in Uni3.

Uni3 World of food – Lunch discount 

Uni3 World of Food provides a 10 kr lunch discount for customers from Uni3 tenants.

Changing room 

Uni3 provides 2 big public changing rooms in Uni3 Main building for all tenants to use. Click here to check the location in map.

There are lockers in the changing rooms for everyone to use and the locks are programmed as follow:
Any person can lock the cabinet and unlock one locker by using normal access ID badge. Only the person using the locker can unlock it later. However, lockers will open automatically after 12 hours if it was not unlocked before. The reason for this is that it should only be temporary use during the day.

If you have problems regarding the changing rooms and lockers, please contact Uni3 Front Desk.


Networking in Uni3

Uni3 Community Network

Our Uni3 Community Network is a quarterly meeting with all tenants where the tenants are represented by someone from their company. The purpose of the network is to share information regarding the properties at Uni3 Campus. The information may refer to planned maintenance, updates, rebuilds, events that affect daily work both internally and externally. This is to ensure that all tenants have been provided with important information and given the opportunity to address questions directly to Geely Innovation Centre Management.

Uni3 Community Network is managed by Jonny Stål, Angelica Adolfsson, Hannah Samuelsson, and Anna Olson.

Uni3 Collaboration Forum

Uni3 Collaboration forum happens on a monthly basis. A forum where we share happenings, activities and events at the Campus. We want this to be a forum where we find synergies among all companies at Uni3.

Uni3 Facility Information Distribution Process

On the Uni3 Campus, there are several companies that coexist in the Uni3 Main Building. To ensure structured and good communication within the property, a Uni3 Facility Information Distribution Process has been established. This process must always be followed when sharing information within the Uni3 Main Building.

All companies have a contact person who is the recipient of the information that goes via the Uni3 Facility Information Distribution Process. The contact person is assigned the information via the process and is then responsible for distributing this information within their company.

If you wish to share information via the Uni3 Facility Information Distribution Process or have any question about it, contact the Front Desk via frontdesk@uni3bygeely.com and share your information in English.


Terrace usage

The terrace in Uni3 Main Building is open for everyone working in Uni3 when there is no exclusive event.

It is a great location for having lunch and fika during a sunny day, or refreshing the mind during work.

The terrace is taken care by each of us in Uni3, so please follow the rules of terrace:

  • You are welcome to take your lunch box to the terrace, but please make sure to clean it up and do not leave any leftovers after you
  • If you would like to have a barbecue or alcohol, please do so by booking an event – It is not allowed to bring your own
  • All furniture is taken care by each of us, so please put back the furniture to the original place after usage. If you take a cushion from the cushion box, put it back afterwards.
  • Smoking is forbidden in all areas of the building.
  • If any malfunctions or defects are noticed, please help to make a fault report as soon as possible to avoid further damage.
