Summer Gift

We wish you all a wonderful summer!

In the spirit of the season, we have chosen to give back to our society. Our summer gift to our tenants this year, is a donation to Göteborgs Stadsmission.

Our contribution will help their project dedicated to making summer a joyful time for all children by providing activities and support to families in need.

Summer opening hours at Uni3

Summer is around the corner, with less people visiting Uni3.  We have adjusted opening hours for receptions, restaurants and café´s.

SATS
No classes or personnel during week 28-32. You can work-out as usual in the gym.

Let us present the sixth and final building at Uni3 Campus, Lighthouse by Uni3.

This building, housing multiple tenants, is nearing completion and will be open for occupancy in September.

On the afternoon of May 28th, around 14:00, we will be performing maintenance on our in-house 4G mobile phone coverage for Telia and Telenor. This service work will continue through tomorrow, May 29th. During this period, you may experience reduced mobile phone coverage indoors.

New update about the construction work regarding the city bus lanes at Lindholmsallén.

Right now, work is underway to build a new tramway and lanes for city buses between Frihamnen and Lindholmen, scheduled to be completed by the turn of 2025/2026.

Starting from Monday, the 26th of February, we will initiate extensive repair work in Uni3 Main Building, next to elevator B on floors 3 and 2.

During week 8-14, utility work and excavation for VA shafts will be carried out on the nothern side of  Lindholmsallén, between Pumpgatan and Regnbågsgatan.

During next week, starting from 31/1 until 1/2, we will be removing the Christmas lights from Uni3´s main building.

Please note that there will be barriers and lifts around the main building.

During weeks 4 to 17, there will be an ongoing construction activity involving sewer and stormwater pipes at Lindholmsallén. This construction will have an impact on the traffic flow.

Please find information on the quickest bicycle route to Lindholmen on the next page.

Between January 2-30, the construction to create lanes for buses and the new tram line between Frihamnen and Lindholmen will take place, which is expected to be completed by the turn of 2025/2026.

During this period the pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be affected.

This installation is a measure we have taken to increase the safety and security in the garage.

The installation is placed in the bicycle ramp in GIC 1, and it will help to reduce the speed of cyclists and therefore decrease the risk of potential accidents.
